How ordering works
There's no online checkout yet — and that's on purpose. Here's the honest, human way Natt's takes care of an order.

Send your list
Email your order with your shipping address and phone number, or call. Build a list as you browse with the Request list, then send it in one go.

We confirm & invoice
When your plants are ready to ship, Natt's emails a secure Square invoice. Pay online by credit card or ACH bank transfer.

We ship with care
Shipping and sales tax are added at invoice, not included in the listed price. Never email your credit card number — the Square invoice handles payment securely.
A note on recent arrivals
Our 2025-26 arrivals are mostly grown in 3.5" pots or mounted. Plants in 3.5" pots — especially Cattleyas, Dendrobiums and Phalaenopsis — were repotted three to four weeks ago, so their roots may not be fully established and some older roots can show signs of rot. That's normal as long as new root growth is coming. Please handle new arrivals with extra care.
